General Information

Birthday parties include 1.5 hours in the gym and .5 hours in the lobby for cake and presents.  We provide the tables, chairs and instructors.  You are responsible for refreshments and decorations.  We require a $50 non-refundable deposit to hold your day and time.  Download a Reservation Packet here.

Guidelines

  Parents are not allowed in the gym at any time during the birthday party.  Pictures may be taken from the doorways only.

 A signed liability waiver (Permission to Participate) must be on file for each child participating in the party. 

 Payment is based on the number of children who participate in the gym activities regardless of the amount of time that child actually participates. 

 Action Gymnastics provides staff for the number of guests you indicate on the Birthday Party Reservation Form.  If the number indicated changes, it is your responsibility to inform the office at your earliest convenience and no later than the Wednesday before the party. 

 Birthday party activities in the gym are dictated by the instructor in charge of the party and may vary from party to party.  If you have any special requests, please discuss them with the front office at the time of your reservation.
