Open gym is a time set aside for all of our gymnasts to come in and practice their skills on their own.  We provide instructors who oversee the activities going on inside the gym and are available to the participants for individual help and comments. 

Members may bring a friend or sibling to Open Gym; however, a  Permission to Participate form must be signed by the child's parent/guardian and be on file at the time of participation.   Please note that due to liability purposes, we are not able to make exceptions to this policy.
