Action Gymnastics offers competitive gymnastics and cheerleading.

The competitive gymnastics program begins with our Hot-Shots classes, continues to Pre-Team, and culminates at the Junior Olympic Team Level.  All of these programs are offered through a try out and selection process.

The competitive cheerleading program is also offered through a try out and selection process.  The age range for the cheerleading program is from 1st grade and up.
